Rebuild Your Smile

A Complete, Permanent Smile — Built From the Ground Up

If missing, failing, or damaged teeth have taken over your entire mouth, full mouth reconstruction with dental implants gives you a fixed, permanent solution — top and bottom — designed to last. No more dentures. No more piecing together temporary fixes. Just a smile that works, and lasts, like your natural teeth once did.‍

Performed personally by Dr. Mo Saleh — ICOI & IDIA Diplomate, 25+ years of experience, every procedure done by him, no associates.

Full Mouth Reconstruction vs. All-on-4 Dental Implants: What’s the Difference?

How They Differ

Full mouth reconstruction treats each tooth based on its condition, using crowns, veneers, bridges, and implants where each fits. All-on-4 is one treatment that a reconstruction plan can include. It replaces an entire arch at once and is usually the right fit when most or all of the teeth in that arch are too damaged, infected, or loose to save.

How All-on-4 Works

All-on-4 anchors a full arch of fixed, permanent teeth to four strategically placed implants. The back implants are angled to make the most of the jawbone you have. Because of this, many patients with some bone loss may still qualify without bone grafting. Your CT scan will show whether you do.

Which Is Right for You?

It comes down to how many of your teeth can be saved. If most can, a tooth-by-tooth reconstruction may be the better path. If most can’t, All-on-4 is often the more direct route to a complete, fixed smile. Dr. Saleh will confirm which one fits you at your complimentary consultation and CT scan in Vancouver, WA.

KEY BENEFITS

What Is Full Mouth Reconstruction?

Full Mouth Reconstruction in Vancouver, WA

Full mouth reconstruction is a customized treatment plan that restores the function, comfort, and appearance of the teeth in both your upper and lower arches. Instead of fixing problems one tooth at a time, Dr. Saleh plans every restoration together, so your teeth, gums, and bite work as one complete system.

What Can It Include?

Your plan is built around what each tooth needs. It may combine:

  • Dental implants to replace missing teeth and anchor your new smile in the jawbone
  • Implant-supported bridges to replace several missing teeth in a row
  • Crowns to protect and rebuild damaged teeth
  • Veneers to reshape and refresh the front teeth
  • All-on-4 or All-on-X to replace a full arch of failing teeth

Why Plan Everything Together?

Planning the whole mouth at once means every restoration is designed to fit your bite, your jaw, and the rest of your smile. Teeth that can be saved are kept, and teeth that can’t are replaced. This is why full mouth reconstruction suits people with widespread tooth loss, damage, or decay rather than a single problem tooth.

What Happens at Your Consultation

Your complimentary consultation and 3D CT scan at Vista Dental Implants show the condition of your teeth, gums, and jawbone. Dr. Saleh then presents your exact treatment plan, timeline, and costs, so you know what to expect before you decide.

Each zirconia arch is built from high-strength materials — engineered to look, feel, and fit as good years from now as it does on day one. If it ever falls short of our standard, we'll replace it for free, backed by our 5-year guarantee .¹ So you can keep going with confidence.

Vancouver, WA Vista Dental Implants outside view
What are dental implants?

Full-arch, or more commonly known as All-on-4 or full mouth implants, are a permanent way to replace missing or failing teeth. A small implant post is placed in your jawbone to act as a new tooth root. Once it heals and bonds with the bone, a custom-made tooth, or a full set of teeth, is secured on top.

Because implants are anchored in the jaw, they stay put. They don’t slip or click like dentures, and they let you eat, speak, and smile comfortably. They also help keep your jawbone strong, since they replace the root as well as the tooth.

At Vista Dental Implants, Dr. Saleh places every implant himself, and your teeth are crafted in our own on-site lab. The result is a smile that’s truly yours: one you can eat with, laugh with, and stop thinking about.

Who is a candidate for dental implants?

You may be a candidate for full mouth dental implants if you're missing multiple teeth, dealing with failing or broken teeth that can't be saved, or tired of dentures that slip, click, or hold you back from eating what you love. If tooth loss has you covering your smile, avoiding certain foods, or you're just ready for a permanent fix instead of another dental patch job, full mouth dental implants could be the solution built for you.

How long do dental implants last?

With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime.

Is the procedure painful?

Depending on what implant procedure a patient is receiving, it may be performed under I.V. Sedation or a combination of local anesthesia and moderate I.V. Sedation. Additionally, Dr. Saleh will prescribe medications to make the healing process more tolerable. These medications are to be taken as needed. Many patients are fine with a combination of Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen.

How much do dental implants cost?

The cost varies depending on the number of implants and any additional surgical enhancements needed. At Vista Dental, a single full arch starts at $13,995, not including extractions or bone grafts, and we work with an amazing array of financing partners to make treatment possible for you.

How long does the dental implant process take?

The full process, including healing time, typically takes several months — though every smile is different, and Dr. Saleh will walk you through a timeline built around your individual treatment plan.

Are dental implants safe?

Yes! Dental implants are a safe, well-established, FDA approved treatment. Dr. Saleh  has placed over 10,000 implants and has over 25 years of experience, so you're in good hands.

Can I get dental implants if I have dentures?

Yes, implants can be used to support dentures for a more stable and secure fit.
